Beef with apples salad

Hearty salad of boiled beef and apples with eggs and cheese. Pre-boil the beef for the salad and cool it. You need to cook the meat for two hours. I took beef on a bone – a very profitable option – and broth for borscht, and meat for salad. Apples should be without a pronounced taste and aroma, not too sweet and not sour, dense. I propose to prepare such a salad with apples of the ligold variety. The salad turns out very tasty.
