Step 6:
Put one apple on a plate with the first layer.
Step 7:
Lubricate the apple layer with mayonnaise.
Step 8:
Spread sliced beef on the first layer of apples.
Step 9:
Put mayonnaise on the meat layer.
Step 10:
Put the second apple, cut into strips, on the meat layer.
Step 11:
Apply mayonnaise again.
Step 12:
Now grate boiled eggs on a coarse grater.
Step 13:
Grated eggs are laid in the fourth layer.
Step 14:
Cover the layer of grated eggs with the remaining mayonnaise.
Step 15:
Finely chop cilantro and basil.
Step 16:
Sprinkle the egg layer with chopped herbs.
Step 17:
Grate hard cheese on a coarse grater.
Step 18:
Spread the grated cheese on the greens with the last layer of salad.
Step 19:
Now it remains to remove the sides from the salad, it is better to unbutton them so as not to break the layers.
Step 20:
And the final touch is the decoration of the salad – we cut the pickled cucumbers into circles.
Step 21:
We spread slices of pickled cucumber and a few sprigs of greens on the surface of the salad. Beef salad with apples is ready, you can immediately carry it to the table.
