Tagliatelle with mushrooms in cream sauce

Rinse the fresh mushrooms thoroughly, remove all the films, cut coarsely. Peel the onion and garlic and finely chop. Put butter in a preheated frying pan and warm it up a little. Pour in the onion and sugar. Passer until golden brown. Pour in the mushrooms and fry for 5 minutes. Add garlic and flour. Mix everything well and quickly. Fry for half a minute. Add wine. Mix everything quickly until smooth and reduce the heat to a minimum. Simmer for 10 minutes. Add grated parmesan to the cream, mix and pour into a frying pan. Pepper and simmer for another 5 minutes. Boil the tagliatelle in salted water, put it in a colander and let the liquid drain. Arrange on plates and put the sauce on top. Garnish with herbs and grated parmesan.
