Cooking method
1.Prepare all the products. Dumplings are prepared from fillets of any fish, pollock is used in this recipe. The fillets need to be thawed, squeeze out the water and cut into pieces.

3.To prepare the minced meat, you will need a blender or a meat grinder. It is more convenient to use the first option, since the products do not need to be loaded several times, they are whipped in a bowl. Chop the fish fillet with bread in a blender.
4.Then break the raw egg to the total mass, grind with knives until smooth.
5. Rinse green onions with water, chop with a knife. Peel garlic, rinse in water. Pass a clove of garlic through a press. Add herbs and garlic, salt and ground black pepper to the minced meat, stir until smooth.
6.Pour water into a frying pan or saucepan, add a small amount of salt, you can also add black pepper. Bring to a boil over high heat. Put the dumplings with a spoon, the water should cover them by half, reduce the heat. After 5 minutes, turn the dumplings to the other side and cook in water for another 5 minutes. To the table, serve hot with sour cream sauce and finely chopped herbs, dumplings go well with pickles.Enjoy your meal!
Dumplings can also be put out, for example, in tomato sauce. Fish in this form will appeal not only to adults, but also to children. In addition to the potato side dish, dumplings can be eaten with pasta, millet and buckwheat porridge. If suddenly the minced meat turned out to be runny, then you can add a little wheat flour. Especially the consistency of minced meat is felt during cooking. If the products disintegrate, then you need to thicken the mass.
