Cooking method
Minced meat for cooking can be bought ready-made. And it is better to cook it yourself. To do this, a piece of meat needs to be washed, cut into pieces and crushed with a meat grinder. Minced meat for the presented recipe can be used not only from turkey. It can be pork, beef or chicken minced meat. If the dish will be eaten by children, then of course it is better to choose a more dietary type of meat.
1. Peel the onion from the husk. Cut the onion into small cubes.
2. Pour vegetable oil into the bowl of the slow cooker. Select the program "Frying".
3. In the preheated oil, spread the onion, fry, stirring, until soft.
4. And now we spread the minced meat to the onion. Continue to fry, stirring. Using a wooden spatula, we break the lumps of minced meat.
5. Salt and pepper the meat and onion, mix. In total, fry the minced meat with onions for 20 minutes.
6. Then transfer the fried ingredients to a bowl. Let it cool down a little.
7. Meanwhile, we put the pasta nests in the bowl of the slow cooker.
8. In each nest we put one ball of mozzarella, as well as minced meat with onions. In each nest there are about two tablespoons of minced meat. It rises above the level of the nests.
9. Well, now we pour water into the bowl so that it covers the pasta, and the minced meat remains uncovered.
10. Add the bay leaf, salt the water. Select the "Cooking" program and the cooking time is 20 minutes.
11. After the specified time, we carefully remove the finished sockets. We serve it on a platter.
12. Grate the parmesan, sprinkle them on the nests. Decorate with cherry tomato halves if desired.
