It will not take much effort to prepare mousse:
- pour sugar, salt and starch into a bowl, mix;
- pour milk into a saucepan, send it to the fire;
- pour the prepared mixture of dry ingredients into the hot milk, while stirring continuously;
- cook the mass until it thickens, stir and do not let it boil;
- remove the pan from the heat, add butter and vanilla sugar, mix until smooth.
The finished cream should easily fall off the spoon, be thick with a smooth consistency.
