Cooking method
1. Cut the liver into small pieces. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes.
2. Heat a little oil in a frying pan. Fry the onion, add the liver and fry until tender. In the process, add salt and pepper. Cool the finished liver with onions completely.
3. Cut the pickled cucumbers and boiled carrots into strips.
4. Whisk each egg separately with salt and pepper and fry 3 egg pancakes on both sides each. Cool the pancakes and cut into thin strips.
