Cooking method
1. In a saucepan over low heat, melt the melted butter.
2. Add flour to the butter a little at a time, mix, and cook for half an hour.
3. Combine water, granulated sugar and honey, put on moderate heat, cook until thickened.
4. Lubricate a large glass container with oil, pour out the resulting honey syrup.
5. We crumple the mass - first with a knife, then when cooling down with our hands - stretch, fold. The result should be a white and shiny mass.
6. We spread the mass from point 2 on the work surface, put the honey mass on top. We begin to stretch and fold in half, fill the mold with fibers.
7. We remove the delicacy in a cold place for an hour.
8. We extract the treat from the molds and help ourselves! :)
