Step 1:
Knead the dough from eggs, water, flour and salt in the specified proportions. Let the dough rest for 20 minutes.

Step 3:

Grate potatoes on a fine grater and also add to the minced meat. Add salt and pepper from the mill.
Step 6:
Roll out the dough into a thin layer - 0.3-0.5 cm, cut into squares. Put minced meat in the middle of each square and blind it first with a handkerchief, and then connect the edges - you will get such earwigs with sharp ears.
Step 7:
Cook on the grill of a steamer for 40 minutes, I add bay leaf to the water.
Step 8:
Serve hot with broth or sour cream, traditionally with katyk or suzma (national fermented milk products), very tasty! Have a nice day!
