Step 1:

Step 2:
The volume of products is indicated based on a three-liter jar. Rinse the jar thoroughly with soda and a stiff washcloth. Cover with boiling water, including the neck. Rinse the apples thoroughly, remove the cuttings and leaves. It is also necessary to remove obviously spoiled and wormy fruits. Apples that have characteristic traces of various kinds of living beings inside the fruit should also be rejected. Place the selected apples in a sterile jar.
Step 3:
Boil about 2.5 liters of clean water. It may need a little more or a little less. Sterilize the tin lid for capping. Very gradually, in parts, start pouring boiling water into the jar. You can't pour all the water at once, because there is a high probability that the jar will burst. Apples and glass walls will gradually heat up and the temperature difference will not be so great, the probability of damage to the jar will be minimal.
Step 4:
Pour water into the jar, cover it with a lid prepared in advance and let it stand for 10-15 minutes. The fruits will warm up and change color slightly. Using a special plastic lid with holes, very carefully pour water into a saucepan, add granulated sugar, mix and bring to a boil, covered with a lid.
Step 5:
Pour the boiled syrup over the apples again and immediately tighten the sterile lid. Next, the jar of hot compote must be turned over and wrapped in a warm blanket or blanket to prolong the sterilization process. After the compote in the jar has completely cooled down, you can send it stored in the basement or pantry. Compote is perfectly stored in an apartment.
