Cooking method
I like to visit. Once I got into a house where there was a cellar of an unusual shape for me – round. While I was looking at the underground structure with interest, the hostess was choosing blanks for the table. Curiosity is not a vice, but a punishment. On one of the shelves there were jars with colorful labels and I asked why they were. They explained to me that there is an unusual food here – jam from unusual products, and even allowed me to choose a jar at random. At tea it turned out that it was pumpkin jam with apples. The hostess shared the recipe with me, and I shared it with you.
To make it beautiful, all vegetables and fruits need to be cut into figures, if you don't know how, it doesn't matter how you can.
We cut off the pumpkin and clean it, we get the pulp. We sprinkle it with sugar overnight. In the morning, the juice will come out, into which you need to pour water and add all the chopped fruits: apples, pears and nuts. Jam is brewed in 4 steps, otherwise the shape will not be preserved. During the third cooking, finely chopped lemon is added. Scald it before this boiling water. And in the fourth cooking, add vanilla at the very end, just a little bit.
Corked hot in jars.
The beauty is indescribable: the jam turns out to be multicolored, with pieces of fruit and very tasty. Cook it – you won't regret it.
