Five-minute cranberry jam for winter

Not only very tasty, but also a healthy treat. Prepare it! I like to cook five-minute jams, as they retain more vitamins. And especially if we are talking about useful wild berries. By the way, the stored jam can not only be served with tea, but also used as a filling for pies.

Cooking method

Cooking time: 30 min

First of all, go through the berries, removing the fine litter and leaves from them. Transfer the lingonberries to a stainless steel (or enameled) saucepan, pour water.

Put the pan on the fire and bring to a boil. In small portions, stirring constantly, add granulated sugar. Keep the pan on low heat, the sugar should completely dissolve. Bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes, then pour the jam into sterile jars and close the lids. You need to store the jam in a cool place.

That's it - the five-minute cranberry jam is ready for the winter!
