Blueberry and Farmer's Cheese Kefir Smoothie for Weight Loss

A healthy, diet-friendly blueberry smoothie. You can swap fresh blueberries for frozen ones. You can replace the kefir with plain unsweetened yogurt, and the blueberries with any other berries.

    1. Sort and wash the blueberries and let the water drain. Set aside a few berries for garnish. 2. In a blender, beat the kefir with the sugar and vanilla sugar. 3.
