Step 1:

Fold the resulting tortilla in half twice and cut it into two parts.

Fold the two parts of the dough one on top of the other, then divide them into two more parts and slice the noodles very thinly, which then lay out on the table.

Remove the formed foam from the soup that has boiled in a saucepan and put the noodles in it, then mix all the ingredients together.

Pour salt, a mixture of ground peppers into a saucepan to taste, add one tablespoon of dried herbs, one bay leaf and half a teaspoon of dried garlic.

Mix all the ingredients in a saucepan, then cover it with a lid and continue to cook the soup on a low stove temperature until fully cooked.
