Wash the apples, cut out the core, cut into small cubes, sprinkle with sugar and leave for 2 hours.
Put the apples with the released juice on low heat and cook until boiling, stirring. Add vanilla sugar, mix and arrange in sterilized jars, roll up. Jam from apples is ready for five minutes.
