Step 1:
Prepare all the necessary products for the soup.
Step 2:
Cut the chicken into pieces. A few parts of it will be enough for us for a small amount of soup. We wash the meat and put it to cook. When the water boils, salt to your liking. Reduce the fire. After 45 minutes, the broth will be ready.
Step 3:
Peel the onion and cut into small cubes.
Step 4:
Three peeled carrots on a fine grater.
Step 5:
In a frying pan with oil, first pass the onion, and then add the grated carrot. We stew everything a little, then mix and turn it off.
Step 6:
I used new potatoes. We clean it and cut it into cubes.
Step 7:
When the chicken meat is cooked, add the potatoes to the broth. It will cook pretty quickly.
Step 8:
Since my potatoes are young, after 10 minutes you can already add red lentils, only first we will wash it under running water. It cooks for about 10-15 minutes.
Step 9:
When the potatoes and lentils are ready, add the roast made in advance. We check the taste of the soup and, if necessary, salt it again. Let it boil for just a couple of minutes and turn it off.
