Cottage cheese dumplings! I lived with my grandmother all my childhood. She wasn't a great cook, but she loved making dumplings with cottage cheese. The main product was brought by her sister, who kept a cow. Vanilla sugar, sold in small bags, gave a special taste to the filling. Then, when I became an adult, I read online that vanillin resembles mother's milk and for this reason is in such demand as an additive. Everything is very simple, let's start cooking?
