Step-by-step cooking
Cut oranges into four slices (together with the peel), pour a glass of boiling water, boil until the peel is soft.
Add sugar, cook syrup.
Peel apples, cut out the core, cut into small slices, blanch in water for 5 minutes.
Put the apples in the finished syrup with oranges and cook over low heat until the apples are ready.
At the end of cooking, add cinnamon to taste.
