    We put the chopped onion in a frying pan heated on the stove with vegetable oil and fry it over medium heat until golden, stirring with a spatula.

    Cut half of the young zucchini into a rather large cube, if the skin is too thick, you need to cut it off.

    Add grated carrots to the frying pan to the onion, evenly distributing it and mixing with a spatula.

    As soon as the carrots are slightly fried, add chopped tomato with bell pepper, seasoning from a mixture of peppers to the pan and mix all the vegetables with a spatula.

    Add the sliced zucchini to the pan with the meatballs and cook for five minutes, then add the prepared vegetable dressing, herbs, bay leaf and garlic to taste. Close the pot with a lid and let the soup brew for about seven minutes with the stove off.
