Pork chop with cheese crust

Cooking method

1. Pork cut into portions and chop off from both sides, season with salt and pepper.

2. Pass garlic through a press, combine with ketchup and mix.

3. Grease pork chops with tomato-garlic sauce and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment.

4. Place the baking sheet in a preheated 180 ° C oven for 25-30 minutes.

6. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and sprinkle the pork with grated cheese.

7. Garnish. Boil the potatoes until they are ready in a uniform. Cut each potato into 4 pieces, sprinkle with salt and spices. Put it on a baking sheet with the meat.

8. Bake meat with potatoes for another 20 minutes.
