Collecting canapes. We spread pieces of feta cheese on a plate, put half a tomato on top, be sure to cut up, so the juice will not drain onto the cheese, and the canapé will retain its shape and appearance. Add the olive on top and pierce the entire billet with a wooden skewer.

We serve the canapes on a beautiful dish or plate immediately, until the cheese, tomatoes and olives have had time to chafe. If desired, you can supplement the dish with herbs, such as rosemary.
