Step 1:
Necessary products for the test.
Step 2:
Before kneading the dough, put 2 tablespoons of flour in another plate.
Step 3:
Knead the dough from the specified products, except cocoa. Divide the dough in half. In one half, stir in cocoa, and in the second - the deferred flour. The dough turns out soft, elastic and very beautiful! Cover the dough with a film and let the dough lie down for 20 minutes.
Step 4:
Roll out two layers of dough 2-3 mm thick. Lubricate the chocolate layer well with water.
Step 5:
Put the chocolate layer on the white one.
Step 6:
Roll tightly into a roll and let it lie for 5 minutes under the film.
Step 7:
Cut the roll into thin plates.
Step 8:
Roll out the blanks and form the dumplings as usual. For the filling, mix all the products well.
Step 9:
Boil in salted water.
