Step 1:
Wash the dandelion flowers, cut the lemon and put it in a saucepan. pour boiling water and cook for 30 minutes.
Step 2:
Then cover with a lid, put in a cool place for 24 hours.
Step 3:
After settling, squeeze out the flowers and lemon. The resulting syrup will put on fire, add sugar and cook for 2 hours.
Step 4:
Pour the resulting syrup hot into sterilized jars and immediately roll up.
This syrup has a very pleasant smell. I make it constantly for 3-4 recipes. then I make water or tea with it for the children. The syrup is very useful for colds.
