1 Prepare the color, cut and boil until soft. Let cool.

3. Combine butter, crushed garlic and parsley in a suitable container and melt in a water bath. In the process, mix everything well.

4. Squeeze the cooled cabbage thoroughly from the liquid, knead.

5. In a suitable bowl, combine cabbage, hemp seeds, eggs, sea salt and pepper and knead the dough from this.

6. Roll out the dough thinly on a baking sheet. Smear garlic oil on top.

7. Bake for about 25 minutes, until golden. Cool slightly and divide into loaves of the desired shape.
