- Wash the passion fruit, cut each one in half, and scoop out the pulp with a teaspoon. 2. Put the pulp in a pot, add the sugar, and set it over the heat. 3. Bring the jam to a boil, skimming off the foam as it forms. Once it boils, cook over low heat for 15 minutes. 4. Take the pot off the stove, let the contents cool, then cook again for 15 minutes from the moment it returns to a boil. Store this jam in the refrigerator. Enjoy it with your tea!
