Cooking method
1. Cook the vermicelli as indicated in the instructions.
We wash it under cold water and throw it on a sieve.
2. For the sauce, we wash and cut the chicken fillet into cubes. Fry the pieces in preheated oil until a beautiful ruddy color.
3. To the fried chicken, add all the ingredients (except starch) and mix.
