Broccoli Puree Soup for Baby

A tasty, wholesome little soup for your little one! I've been making this soup for my child since he turned one, and he gobbles it right up! Now that my son is a bit older, I serve it with croutons, which he loves. And let's be honest — green soup is just fun and exciting for kids!

    1. First prep the vegetables: wash and peel everything, then cut into medium dice.
    1. Pour the water into a saucepan, set it over the heat, and bring to a boil.
    1. Add the onion and potatoes to the boiling water and cook for 15 minutes over medium heat.
    1. Turn the heat down to low and add the zucchini and broccoli to the pot. Cook everything together for another 15 minutes.
    1. Now lift out the pieces of vegetables and let them cool slightly.
    1. Puree the vegetables with a blender, then return them to the broth.
    1. Bring the soup back to a boil, season with salt, and remove from the heat.
    1. Serve with a spoonful of plain yogurt.
