Cooking method
1. First we prepare the vegetables: wash and peel everything, then cut into medium cubes.
2. Pour the water into a saucepan and put it on fire, bring it to a boil.
3. Put onions and potatoes in boiling water, cook for 15 minutes over medium heat.
4. Reduce the heat to a minimum, put zucchini and broccoli in a saucepan. Cook everything together for another 15 minutes.
5. Now we extract the pieces of vegetables and let them cool down a little.
6. Chop the vegetables with a blender, return them to the broth.
7. Bring the soup to a boil, add salt and remove from heat.
8. Served with natural yogurt.
