How to prepare fried zucchini for the winter "lick your fingers"?
1. Wash the zucchini, cut into circles (not too thin, about 1 cm thick).
2. Lubricate each circle with olive oil using a silicone brush.
3. Fry each piece for 3 minutes on each side.
4. Prepare the marinade. To do this, pour water, lemon juice, remaining olive oil into a deep bowl, squeeze garlic through a press, add large pieces of chili pepper, add salt, sugar and herbs of Provence.
5. Cook the marinade on low heat for a few minutes from the moment of boiling.
6. Place the squash rings in sterile jars and, filling them with hot marinade, immediately roll up with sterile lids.
Such blanks should be stored in a cool place (I keep them in the cellar).
