1. Pour the milk into a saucepan, pour sugar, potato starch and flour, and add a little vanilla.

2. Mix the mass with a whisk, breaking all the lumps, and send the saucepan to the fire. Cook over low heat until thickened (it will take quite a bit - 2 minutes) and the custard is ready. If lumps suddenly form in the finished cream, the mass can be ground through a sieve. We transfer the cream to a separate container.

3. Softened butter is introduced into the cooled cream, rub the mass with a spoon. The cream will immediately change its structure - it will become lighter and more porous.

4. In a suitable form, we spread a spoonful of cream, level it on the surface, and then lay the first layer of cookies. Top generously lubricate with boiled condensed milk, cover with a second layer of cookies. We spread the remaining cream on top, distribute it evenly and spread the layer of cookies again.

5. Pour the cream (well cooled) into the bowl of a mixer and beat thoroughly. The main thing is the minimum mode, otherwise the mass will split and not climb properly. When the cream turns into a fluffy mass and holds its shape well, add powdered sugar, whisk again.

6. Cover the cake with whipped cream and sprinkle with coconut chips. We leave it for 3-4 hours in the refrigerator for impregnation (at night is an ideal option).
