Stolichny salad with sausage

A simple and budget salad option. On holiday and on weekdays! Today is Friday - the working week is over, you can relax. And on my table today I have a classic of the genre - salad "Metropolitan", which my whole family enjoys every time. Why don't you please your family too? :)

1. To prepare a salad, prepare the ingredients:

- hard-boiled eggs, clean;

- boil potatoes and carrots, then peel.

2. When everything is prepared, we start cutting:

- cut all the ingredients (carrots, eggs, potatoes, cucumbers, sausage) into small cubes.

3. Drain the liquid from the peas, put it in a bowl, into which we put all the chopped ingredients.

4. Add mayonnaise and salt, mix, decorate with herbs. Salad is ready!
