Steel-Cut Oatmeal Cooked in Water
A healthy breakfast for anyone who's mindful of their well-being. I recently started taking better care of myself: eating right and getting enough sleep. Now I have oatmeal every morning. And no, it doesn't get old — you can switch things up with fruit or berries. Today, for instance, it was strawberries and yogurt, and everyone cleaned their bowls — you couldn't drag them away!
