1. Meatballs. Wash the veal and chop it in a blender. Wash the greens, chop them finely. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Soak the bread in milk for 2 minutes, then squeeze and mix with chopped meat, herbs, cheese, lemon zest and spices. From the minced meat, form balls the size of walnuts, grease with olive oil and spread on a baking sheet lined with parchment.
2. Bake meatballs in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 180 ° C.
3. Boil the spaghetti in salted water until tender. Flip it into a colander and let the water drain.
4. Peel and chop the garlic. Fry in butter for 1 minute.
6. Add spaghetti and meatballs to the garlic (I also have arugula leaves), mix and remove from heat.
