Pork Ears in the Oven

A quick, tasty dish for lunch or dinner—worth a try! Sometimes you crave something that isn't exactly healthy but is undeniably delicious. Pork ears are a real delicacy, especially when cooked right. The usual mayonnaise marinade you'd use for chicken works perfectly here, too. Pork ears make an ideal appetizer or a dish all their own, for a holiday or an everyday family dinner.

Put the ears in a greased baking dish and bake in an oven preheated to 350°F (180°C) for about 40 minutes. Serve hot with a fresh vegetable salad. Enjoy!
