Cappuccino with soy milk

An invigorating Italian drink on its own and without special equipment! I love cappuccino, but I cook it with soy milk, since I have been following a vegetarian diet for a long time. But I can't refuse my favorite drink :) Cappuccino with soy milk turns out no worse than regular. And the foam is the same. Try it!

Cooking method

Cooking time: 15 min

1. Pour water over the coffee and bring it to a boil in the turk.
2. When the "cap" of coffee starts to rise, remove the turk from the heat.
3. Repeat the process six more times.
4. Heat the milk in a saucepan and whisk to make a foam.
5. Strain the coffee into a cup, filling it three-quarters full.
6. If necessary, add sugar.
7. Pour the milk into the coffee, and put the foam with a spoon.
