Cappuccino with Soy Milk

An invigorating Italian drink you can make yourself, no special equipment needed! I love cappuccino, but I make it with soy milk, since I've been vegetarian for a long time now. I just can't give up my favorite drink :) Cappuccino made with soy milk comes out every bit as good as with regular milk—and the foam is just the same. Give it a try!
