Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Take 2 chicken fillets and scroll through the meat grinder. Add garlic, pepper and paprika. Mix thoroughly. In a separate bowl, whisk the protein with salt until a thick white foam is obtained. Add to the minced meat and gently mix them. Set aside for a while.
Step 2:
Take any cheese and cut it into cubes. But it's better to buy mozzarella.
Step 3:
Put minced meat on a plastic wrap or on a disposable bag, with a diameter of about 10 cm. Put the cheese in the middle and, lifting the corners to the middle, form a meatball from the film. Fix it.
Step 4:
Put the meatball in boiling water, and cook for about 15-20 minutes. spread it on the surface. Open the package and enjoy.
