Cooking method
1. Put a pot of water to boil.
2. Cover the bowl with foil or a baking sleeve.
3. Grease the foil with oil.
4. Vegetables (different to taste - for example, bell peppers, tomatoes, carrots, peas, broccoli, string beans, corn, etc., and in winter you can use a package of frozen vegetables-assorted from supermarkets) cut into small cubes, chop the greens.
5. Put some vegetables, herbs, spices, salt on the bottom of the bowl.
6. Carefully beat the egg on top so as not to damage the yolk.
7. Put the rest of the vegetables, herbs, spices, salt.
8. Gather the edges of the foil into a bundle and tie with a thread.
9. Lower the bundle into boiling water for 5 or 10 minutes, depending on which egg you want - soft-boiled or hard-boiled.
10. Remove the bundle from boiling water and put it in cold water until it cools down, for about 5-10 minutes.
11. Carefully unwrap the foil and put it on a dish or on a slice of bread. You can serve it with sauce, cucumber salad, cabbage, tomato, garnish with herbs. Enjoy your meal! And you can also put pieces of cheese and sausages in Bulgarian-style eggs along with vegetables, herbs and spices.
