Saury soup canned fish with vegetables

Rinse the rice. Chop carrots and onions.
Fry carrots and onions in vegetable oil in a frying pan. Transfer to a saucepan.
Pour a liter of water over the vegetables. When the water boils, add the rice to the pan and cook for 10-15 minutes.
Add canned saury to the soup (pre-drain the oil from the canned food), spices. Bring to a boil and cook for another 10 minutes. After that, let the soup brew a little. After that, you can serve with fresh herbs (chop and sprinkle into a plate).
