Step 1:
Prepare our products. Wash the apples well.

Peel the apples, remove the seeds and cut into slices. We take a large saucepan, put the sliced apples into it, pour a glass of water, cover with a lid and put on fire for 20-25 minutes, simmer so that the slices become soft. If your apples are a little dry, you can add a little more water.
Step 3:
When the apples become very soft, they disintegrate directly, add sugar, mix and put on fire for another 15 minutes. Stir so that the apples do not burn.
Step 4:
When the slices have completely boiled, we grind everything with an immersion blender (or as it will be convenient for you) to a puree state.
Step 5:
Well, a secret - add condensed milk))) Mix well and put on fire, bring to a boil and for another 5 minutes. The puree will bubble, it is better to cover with a lid.
Step 6:
This is the puree turned out)))
Step 7:
We put the finished puree into sterilized jars.
Step 8:
Store in a cool place.
