Dissolve honey in warm water, pour water into a turk or just into a ladle and put it on the stove on low heat. Stir with a spoon from time to time. Honey will begin to fill the kitchen with fragrance. The water should boil, immediately remove the turk from the fire. Leave to cool for 2 minutes.
Add ground coffee to the turkey, mix and put on fire. Bring to a boil, remove from the stove. Immediately pour into coffee cups. Add lemon juice to the coffee.
This coffee with honey and lemon is good both in the evening and in the morning. It calms and invigorates at the same time. If desired, coffee can be filtered by pouring into cups. But it is not necessary to do this. You can also add more honey if there is not enough sweetness. For example, not 1, but 2 tsp .
