Cooking method
Wash the dried apples and raisins, then pour them with cold water and put them to boil. After boiling, add sugar and cook for about 15 minutes over medium heat. Add a stick of cinnamon to the almost ready compote and let it brew for full disclosure of taste. After cooling, the compote of dried apples is ready. Serve the compote strained or together with dried fruits if desired. The cinnamon stick can be reused for compote or for brewing tea.
