Chop the chicken fillet coarsely, put it in a frying pan, add vinegar, water (to cover the chicken), add bay leaf. Cook until boiling, then wait until all the liquid has evaporated.
Add butter, onion cut into half rings. Fry on medium heat for 4-5 minutes. Peel the tomatoes finely and add them to the roast along with chopped garlic. Fry for 7-8 minutes, stirring.
