Cooking method
We sort out the flakes from the husk and rinse. Fill the pot with water and bring it to a boil. Salt to taste and pour the flakes into a saucepan, mix. Cook until almost ready. If the flakes are ordinary, it will take 15 minutes to cook them, three minutes is enough for small flakes. When the porridge puffs, pour milk into it and put the raisins.
Bring to a boil, stir, close the lid and reduce the heat. After we turn off the fire and let our porridge brew. Just remember, the longer the porridge will stand, the thicker it will become. We put it in a plate and fill it with butter. Enjoy your meal!
