Step 1:
Ingredients.
Step 2:
Beat sugar with eggs.
Step 3:
Then stir in the mayonnaise and condensed milk.

Add flour with baking powder and mix until smooth. We prepare the mold, lubricate it with oil. You can bake 2 cakes separately or 1 cake and then cut it.
Step 5:
Pour the dough into the mold, put it in a preheated oven to 180 degrees, bake for 25-30 minutes. We check the readiness of the biscuit with a toothpick or a dry knife. We pierce the biscuit in the middle, if the biscuit is ready, then the end of the knife or toothpick will be clean.
Step 6:
Meanwhile, let's prepare the cream. Beat the sour cream, adding powdered sugar in several steps. We put the finished cream in the refrigerator so that it becomes thicker.
Step 7:
Cut the finished and cooled biscuit into two cakes.
Step 8:
Smear with sour cream and sprinkle with chopped walnuts on top.

Step 11:
Sprinkle the edges of the cake with chocolate chips, put the cake in the refrigerator for impregnation and hardening of the cream.
Step 12:
We are preparing a chocolate decoration. Melt the chocolate in a water bath.
Step 13:
We prepare a drawing for chocolate figures and a dense file in advance. You can also draw on parchment paper. We put the drawing under the file, fill a pastry syringe or bag with melted chocolate. And carefully trace the drawing on the file.
Step 14:
Then move the drawing and circle further. Try to squeeze out thicker lines so that the finished figures are stable. Draw a few more shapes, as they may break.
Step 15:
Under the drawn figures, we substitute an even tray or a tablet and put it in the refrigerator to solidify.
Step 16:
We take the cake out of the refrigerator, sprinkle the sides of the cake with chocolate chips.
Step 17:
Decorate the cake with chocolate figures. The cake is ready, bon appetit!
