Step 1:
Ingredients. Boil carrots and eggs in advance and peel.
Step 2:
Grate the melted cheese and eggs on a fine grater.
Step 3:
Add chopped garlic and mayonnaise. Mix it up.
Step 4:
Grate carrots on a fine grater. If necessary, squeeze the carrots slightly from the juice.
Step 5:
Roll balls the size of walnuts out of the cheese mass.
Step 6:
Cover the ball with carrots.
Step 7:
Decorate the top with a sprig of parsley. If you wish, you can decorate with a bay leaf, so it will turn out more plausible, but, personally, I do not like to decorate a dish with something that cannot be eaten.
Step 8:
We spread it on a platter and serve it to the table. Bon appetit!
