Cocoa powder is diluted with warm milk and water. Put on fire, bring to a boil and cook for 1-2 minutes.

Pour out the sugar

And add 60 g (or more) of chocolate. I used milk with pieces of caramel. Mix thoroughly so that the sugar and chocolate completely dissolve.
Step 5:
Halva is broken into small pieces.
Step 6:
Pour hot chocolate into a cup, pour a teaspoon of halva on top and serve. Help yourself!
