Hot Chocolate with Halva
Hot chocolate to warm the whole family on winter evenings! Chocolate lovers will definitely appreciate this drink — it comes out richly chocolatey, wonderfully fragrant, and just plain delicious. A spoonful of halva (a Middle Eastern sesame confection) melts on top. Enjoy!

Ingredients.

Stir the cocoa powder into the warm milk and water. Set over heat, bring to a boil, and cook for 1–2 minutes.

Add the sugar.

Then add 60 g (about 2 oz) of chocolate, or more. I used milk chocolate with caramel bits. Stir well until the sugar and chocolate dissolve completely.

Step 5:
Break the halva into small pieces.

Step 6:
Pour the hot chocolate into a mug, sprinkle a teaspoon of halva on top, and serve. Dig in!
