Boil potatoes until tender. Let it cool down a little and clean it. Warm potatoes are cut into slices.

Cut half of the onion into half rings, cucumbers into slices.
Step 4:
Mix mayonnaise with mustard, optionally chop a few sprigs of fresh herbs.
Step 5:
Cut the hunting sausages into several pieces and fry in a dry frying pan until browned.
Step 6:
Mix warm potatoes, mushrooms, onions, cucumbers and sausages.
Step 7:
Add greens and mayonnaise. Mix and serve.
