Fresh Crabapple Tea

Tea from apples? Yes! A recipe for a wonderful apple-and-rosehip brew. I finally found a use for those little crabapples. There's no added sugar, yet it's naturally sweet — and full of vitamins.

Cooking method

    Pour boiling water over everything and let it steep.
