Cooking method
My husband went fishing, caught some fish, among which was a pike. At the time when it was, there was just a post. And we decided to make a pike for a couple.
So let's get started. We take a pike, if necessary, we clean it. Cut into portions, salt and pepper to taste.
Three carrots on a grater, finely chop the onion.
Now we put everything in a steamer, some vegetables between the pieces, and the rest on top.You can have any side dish, we did it with potatoes, you can with rice, in general, who likes what :)
We don't have an electric steamer! The water boils for about 30-40 minutes to cook-steam, i.e. until ready :)
Bon appetit!
