My strawberries and cut them in half.
Melt butter in a ladle, add strawberries, sugar, balsamic vinegar.
Mix everything carefully and heat over low heat for about 5 minutes. During this time, the strawberries should turn dark red and warm up well.
We put a ball of ice cream in the prepared cremans (glasses, bowls), spread warm strawberries on top and pour the sauce.
Decorate with mint leaves.
