Cooking method
Pangasius is defrosted, cut into pieces and crushed with a blender or passed through a meat grinder. Then put it in a saucepan and bring to a boil over low heat. Dissolve starch in 100 ml of water. Gradually add the dissolved starch to the heated pangasius mixture, stirring thoroughly. Cook until thickened. Remove from the heat. add salt. 1 tbsp crab seasoning. mix thoroughly. We put it in a rectangular shape. We cool it. Cut into pieces in the form of sticks. Dip the sticks in crab seasoning and put them in the refrigerator for an hour. Homemade crab sticks are ready!
