Cooking method
Compote preparation follows good old traditions, so you won't have to face anything that you would have to thoroughly disassemble. We are collecting our basis for the recipe – a bunch of peeled berries from irgi bushes. We pack them in separate banks.
Directly cooking begins with cooking syrup from sugar. In a liter of water, we dissolve 300 grams of sugar, heating the pan on the stove. Compote does not require thick syrup, and therefore, this is almost the end of cooking.
Pour sweet water into jars with irga, seal it, and keep it in a water bath for 5 minutes. Voila, we got a sweet, refreshing drink! We just need to let it cool down.
